47. (1) The Fire Officer as authorized by the Director General, Fire and Emergency Services shall conduct community awareness and training programmes on preventive measures on fire and other emergencies. (2) The Fire and Emergency Services shall render assistance and consultation to the communities in matters related to fire prevention as per rules.
