18. (1) The Executive Council shall meet at least once in three months and not less than fifteen days notice shall be given to the members thereof for such meeting. (2) The Chairperson of the Executive Council shall preside over a meeting of the Executive Council, and in his absence the members present shall elect a person from amongst themselves to preside over the meeting. (3) One-third of the total number of members of the Executive Council, shall form the quorum at any meeting thereof. (4) Each member of the Executive Council shall have one vote and if there shall be equality of votes on any question to be determined by the Executive Council, the Chairperson of the Executive Council, or as the case may be, the member presiding over that meeting shall, in addition, have a casting vote.
