14. (1) The Executive Council shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) The Vice-Chancellor; (ii) Three members of the General Council to be nominated by the Chairperson of the General Council; (iii) The Director Handicapped Welfare Government of Uttar Pradesh; (iv) The Director Higher Education Government of Uttar Pradesh; (v) The Registrar of the University; (vi) Three eminent persons in the field of education nominated by the visitor; (vii) Three persons of social eminence nominated by the State Government; (viii) The General Secretary or Secretary of Dr. Shakuntala Misra Smriti Seva Sansthan, Lucknow. (ix) Two whole time Senior Professors of the University, by rotation according to seniority; (2) The Vice Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Executive Council and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Executive Council.
