Section 101

Transfer of appeals

(1) The State Government may, on the application of any party and after affording an opportunity to the other party of being heard, transfer an appeal filed under section 97 from one Tribunal to another Tribunal. (2) The State Government may transfer to itself an appeal filed under section 98 pending before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies appointed under sub-section (1) of section 3 and dispose it off. (3) The Registrar of Co-operative Societies appointed under sub-section (1) of section 3 may transfer an appeal pending before one officer exercising the powers of Registrar under sub-section (2) of section 3 to any other officer exercising similar powers or transfer an appeal pending before any such officer to himself and dispose it off.
