No suit prosection or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government the Board or any of its Committees and subcommittees or any member of the Board or a Committee or subcommittee or any other person in respect of anything Which is, in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation, bye Law order or direction made thereunder.
