Without prejudice to any other mode of recovery provided by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force, any sum due on account of penalty, damages, tax or fee, recoverable under this Act, or any sum due to the Board on account of rent or premium or on account of any deduction made under Section 71 or of any loan granted by the Board for construction or improvement of houses or on account of the price of houses sold on hire-purchase, shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
