(1) An award or any other order made by the Tribunal for payment of money, for delivery of possession or for removal of any structure shall be deemed to be a decree and the Statement of the grounds of such award or order a judgment with the meaning of clause(2) and clause(9) respectively of Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act No. V of 1908). (2) Every such award or order shall also state the amount of cost incurred by either party and by what persons and in what proportion they are to be paid. (3) No award or order of the Tribunal shall be chargeable with stamp duty, and a person claiming under an award or order shall entitled to one free copy of the same. (4) An Award or order referred to in sub-section(2) shall be executable by such Court as may be prescribed.
