Any case pending before a Tribunal constituted under the Uttar Pradesh Nagar Mahapalika Adhiniyam, 1959 (U.P. Act No. II of 1959), with reference to acquisition of land for a Mahapalika in connection with an improvement scheme under the said Adhiniyam which, under sub-section(1) of Section 44 or sub-section(1) or sub-section(2) of Section 47, is transferred to the Board, shall, upon such transfer, stand transferred to the Tribunal constituted under Section 64 having jurisdiction with respect to that City, and thereupon that Tribunal shall proceed further with the case, from the stage at which it was transferred to it, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules.
