The State Government may, after consultation with the Board, transfer to it any land belonging to or vested in the State Government or acquire under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Slum Areas(Improvement and Clearance)Act, 1962(U.P. Act XVIII of 1962), or made available to the competent authority under the said Act, being either under its direct management or under the management of any local authority, on such term and conditions, including the condition of resumption by the Government on the occurrence of a specified contingency, as the Government may think fit to impose.
