(1) Any party aggrieved by an order of the prescribed authority under section 11 may, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order prefer an appeal to such appellate authority as may be specified by the State Government by notification in the Gazette. (2) The appellate authority may, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties, pass such order as it think fit.
