(1) The West Bengal Security (Tripura Re-enacting) Amendment Ordinance, 1971 (No. 2 of 1971), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance anything done or any action taken or any proceedings started or any appeal preferred or any legal effect produced by or under the provisions of the West Bengal Security Act, 1950, as continued by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, started, preferred or produced by or under the said Act as continued by this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 24th d'9~ iMiliar.y 1971. , he TrJ~ura L ""L. r.:. z ' th - ~sembly an e :
