Controller etc., appointed under this Act to be public servants. The Controller, every Deputy Controller, Assistant Controller and Inspector appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of S. 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act XLV of 1860).
