Levy of fees. The Administrator may charge such fees - (a) for the grant of licences under S. 14, for manufacture, repair or sale of weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments; and (b) for the verification, marking, stamping and adjustment of weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments; as may be prescribed: Provided that no such fee shall exceed rupees five hundred only.
