After the designation of a site for a new town and after the designation of a Planning Agency for the same, the Designated Planning Agency shall prepare a Master Plan for the new town and the provisions of section 66 and 67 shall mutatis mutandis apply to such a Master Plan. 47 CHAPTER XI CONTROL OF DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF LAND IN THE AREA WHERE MASTER PLAN IS IN OPERATION
