i. Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Authority under section 63 may appeal, within thirty days of the communication of that order to him, to the Appellate Authority, as the State Government may, by notification, appoint for the 44 purpose of this section, in such manner and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed. ii. The Appellate Authority may, after giving reasonable opportunity of being heard to the appellant and the Authority, pass an order dismissing the appeal or accept the appeal by- a. Granting permission unconditionally; or b. Granting permission subject to such condition as it may think fit: Provided that the grant of permission by the Appellate Authority, whether conditional or otherwise, shall be in conformity with the provisions of the Regional Plan. iii. The decision of the Appellate Authority on the appeal shall be final.
