(i) The Tripura Town and Country Planning Act, 1975 (Tripura Act No 4 of 1976) is hereby repealed; (ii) Notwithstanding such repeal, any order or notification issued, any action taken under the Act, so repealed, shall be deemed to have been issued or done under the corresponding provision of this Act.
