Amendment of Section 57.-In section 57 of the Principal Act,-- (1) In sub-section (3), for the word "two years", the words "three years" shall be substituted. (2) In sub-section (9), for the words "appointment of the first Vice-Chancellor", the words "Notification by the Vice-Chan- , cellor for election of various authorities," shall be substituted. ••
