(1) So much of the electoral roll of any Assembly constituency for the time being inforce as relates to the area comprised within the autonomous district shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, be the electoral roll for the election of members of the District Council. ral Election District 'I. 5 (2) So much of the electoral roll for any Assembly constituency for the time being inforce as relates to the area comprised within a constituency formed under section 6 of this Act shall, subject to •. the provisions of this Act and the rules made there- under, be electoral roll for the election of members of the District Council from that constituency, (3) The State Government shall at the time and in the manner prescribed, cause to be published and republished the electoral roll in respect of a consti- tuency of the autonomous district. (4) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, every person whose name is, for the time belng, entered in the electoral roll of a constituency shall be entitled to vote at the election of a member of the Dis- trict Council from that constituency,
