1) With effect from such date as the Administrator may, Establishment by notification in the Official Gazette, fix in this behalf, of the Board there shall be establiseed for the purposes of 'this Act aBoard to be called the Trfpura Khadi and Village Industries Board. 2) The Board shall be body corporate by the name' aforesaid, having perpetual succession and a .common .seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose off property and to contract and may, by the said name sue and be sued. Provided that any lease, sale or the transfer to any person or authority other than the Commission of any immovable property belonging to the Board shall be null and void unless it is sanctioned by the Administrator. 4) (1) The Board shall consist of not less them three.
