Every year, on such date as may be fixed by thl Administrator. the Board shall prepare and forwan in advance to the Administrator a programme of WOf1 for the ensuing year showing :- (a) the particulars of the scheme which thE Board proposes to execute, whether. in part or whole during such year; (b) the particulars of any work or undertakinc which the Board proposes to execute during that yeai for the purposes to execute during that year for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act. and
