Status of assets/Liabilities on dissolution/De-Recognition: All assets and properties including the Permanent Endowment Fund, General Fund or any other fund and also the liabilitics of the University will belong to the proposed Trust in case of dissolution of the University under any clause mentioned hereinabove in the Act.
