The Board of Studies: (i) The Planning Board shall be the Principal Planning Body of the University. The Board shall ensure that the infrastructure and academic support system meets the norms of the University Grants Commission or the respective councils. (11) The constitution ol the Planning Board, term ol office of its members and its other powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed in the statutes.
