Bar of Jurisdiction of courts. (1) No suit shall lie in any civil court to set aside or modify any assessment made or order passed under this Act. (2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or an employee of the Government for anything which is done in good faith, or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder. 14
