(2) .The State Ciovernmsnt. the Inspator-General or tho Depafl Inspector-Gcnd c&w.ciclly empowered by the Stale Govmmcnt m this bcbalf, may- (a) divide the Rifles into Battalion, cach Battalion into compania. Cpoh company ioto platoons and cach pIatoon into Sections, group5 ' and detachments; (b) paat any Battalion, Company or platoon at such place as the State Government, the Lrpcctor-General, the Dcpnty Inspccior- Oaaual or the Commandant may deem fit. (3) The members of tho Rifla shall receive such pay, pensi-n and a k r remuneration as may be prcscribd.
