Power to refuse registration (1) The Council may refuse to permit the registration of the name of any person in the roll of the Tripura Medical Register who has been imprisoned by any court for an offence which amount to moral turpitude; or (2) Who, after the enquiry, has been found guilty of serious professional misconduct.
