Remuneration, salaries & allowances (1) The Council with prior approval of the State Government shall fix the remuneration and allowances to be paid to its president, Vice-President and Members. (2) The salary and other allowances and terms and conditions of service of the Registrar and other employees of the State Council shall be such as may be decided by the Council with prior approval of State Government.
