I State Guest and Government Guest will be provided Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea. Dinner etc. The expenditure may be notified separately. 6.2 SEAT RENT & OTHER EXPENDITURE The seat rent as wel I as boarding and other related expenditure of the State Guest! Government Guest, declared as such upon the request of a Government Department, shall have to be deposited with the Chief Executive Officer, State Guest House by such Department of the State Government. In al I other cases, expenditure in respect of the State Guests and officials shall have to be dealt by the G.A. (Political) Department in consultation with the GA(SA) Department.
