Membership of a Sports Association. – (1) Every District Level Sports Association, registered under this Act, shall be a member of the concerned State Level Sports Association. (2) Every Primary Sports Body shall be a member of the concerned District Level Sports Association. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any addition, deletion or change in membership can be made only at a General Body meeting of a Sports Association.
