Registrar. – (1) The Registrar of co-operative Societies for the State shall be the Registrar for the purposes of this Act, and he may obtain the assistance of the Tripura Sports Council and the Tripura Sports Directorate for discharge of his functions under the provisions of this Act. (2) The Government may, by general or special order and subject to such conditions as it may think fit to impose, confer on any officer the power to perform the duties of Registrar under this Act. (3) The Registrar may, by general or special order and subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, delegate all or any of his powers of functions under this Act to an officer subordinate to him.
