Removal of difficulties. – If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by general or special order published in the official Gazette, give such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appear to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing such difficulty; Provided that the powers conferred under this section shall not be exercised after the lapse of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. 33 Protection of Acts done under the Act. – No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any authority or officer or servant of the State Government for any act done or purporting to be done, or for any action taken in carrying out the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
