(1) The Administrator may by notification appoint such persons or such class of persons as he thinks fit to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act (2) All Inspectors appointed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code Powers of Inspectors
