Suspension or. Cancellation of registration: The Registering Authority may, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, suspend or cancel the registration; if – (a) any cess payable under section 5 is not duly paid by the dealer; or (b) there is any breach of conditions subject to which the registration is granted; or (c) the dealer contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
