Automation – (1) The Government shall endeavor to introduce and establish an automated data processing system for complementing the purposes of the Act and for incidental and allied matters; (2) In order to make the said system effective, the Government may, from time to time issue Notification, to be published in Official Gazette, for regulating the interactions between the persons and prescribed authority under the Act: Provided, the notification may be given retrospective effect, not before the 181August, 2018."
