Use of rickshaw on road When driving or drawing a rickshaw, the driver or drawer of such rickshaw finds any other conveyance coming from the direction in front of him, he shall move away to his left side. He shall keep his rickshaw to the extreme left side of the road when he has to stop the movement of his rickshaw for the purpose of giving a lift to passengers.
