Protection of action under the Act: (1) No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is, done in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made there under or any order made there under. Save as otherwise expressly provided under this Act, No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any order.made there under.
