While adjudging the quantum of compensation or intee as the case may be, under1 section '71, the adjudicating officer shall have due regard to the following factors. name y:— -(a) the amount of disproportionate gain or unfair advantage, wherever quantifiable, made as a result of the default; (b) the amount of loss caused as a result of the default; (c) the repetitive nature of the default; ((1) such other factors which the adjudicating officer considers necessary to the case in furtherance ofjustice. CHAPTERDi FINANCE, ACCOUNTS, AUDITS AND REPOKI‘S '73. The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament in this behalf, make to the Authority grants and loans of such sums of money as that Government may consider necessary.
