Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called "The Tripura Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) (Amendment) Act, 2011" (2) It extends to the whole of Tripura. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Tripura Gazette.
