Recovery of penalties and fines imposed by Magistrates : Provision of Section 64 to 70 of Indian Penal Code ,1860 and Sections 386 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall apply to penalties and fines imposed under this Act on conviction before a Magistrate.
