Regulation of the use of music and other sound system in public places: The District Superintendent or any officer not below the rank of Assistant/Deputy Superintendent of police may regulate the time and the volume at which music and other sound systems are used in connection with any performance and other activities in or near streets or any public place that cause annoyance to the residents of the neighborhood.
