Term of office and conditions of service of members and Chairperson : (1) The term of office of a member, and the Chairperson, shall be three years unless- (a) he resigns at any time before the expiry of his term ; or 29 (b) he is removed from the office on any of the grounds mentioned in Section 63. (2) The Chairperson and the Members shall be eligible for reappointment. (3) The remuneration, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the members shall be as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.
