Oath or affirmation by police personnel: Every member of the police service enrolled under this Act shall, on appointment and completion of training, make and subscribe before the respective Superintendent of Police or such officer appointed in that behalf by the Director General of Police an oath or affirmation, in such form or may be prescribed.
