Power to make rules : The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purpose of this Act: Provided that all the rules, regulations and orders relating to administration of the State police establishment existing immediately before commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been made under this Act unless any provision thereof is found inconsistent with this Act.
