Duties of occupier on the issue of notice under S. 5. On the issue of a notice under S. 5,— (a) it shall be the duty of every occupier within the affected area to carry out such preventive or remedial measures as may be specified in the notice ; and (b) it shall be the duty of every male -person residing within the affected area to render assistance in the manner specified in the notice.
