Delegation of powers. The Administrator may, by notification in the Tripura Gazette, delegate to any officer all or any of the powers conferred on him by this Act, except the power to make rules under S. 16, and any power so delegated shall be exercised by that officer subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the notification.
