(1) [The periodicity and procedure for convening and conducting the meetings of the Gram Sabha or the Gram Sansad as the case may be, shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) It shall be the responsibility of the Pradhan to convene the meeting of the Gram Sabha or the Gram Sanshad as the case may be.
