(1) The Gram Panchayat shall prepare in the prescribed manner a report on the work done during the previous year and the work proposed to be done during the following year and submit to the prescribed authority to the Panchayat Samity concerned within the prescribed time. (2)The Gram Panchayat shall , in October and April every year, prepare a half yearly report showing the amount received by the Gram Panchayat during the previous half year from different sources 1 Sub-section (4) of Section 27 and the proviso thereto have been substituted by The Tripura Panchayats (Second Amendment) Act, 1998 2 Inserted by The Tripura Panchayat (First Amendment) Act, 1994 3 The two provisos to sub-section 5 has been deleted by The Tripura Panchayat (First Amendment) Act, 1994 4 Substituted by The Tripura Panchayat (Second Amendment) act, 2003 Transaction of business at Panchayat meetings Meeting of Gram Sabha Report on the work of Gram Panchayat 29 including the pending balance and the amount actually spent on different items of work and a list of functionaries.
