No court shall grant an injunction:---- (i) to postpone the election of a member or any other functionary of a Panchayat; or (ii) to prohibit a person declared to have elected under this Act from taking part in the proceeding of the Panchayat to which he has been elected; or (iii) to prohibit the members elected to a Panchayat under this Act from entering upon their office.
