If the office of Sabhadhipati or Sahakari Sabhadhipati falls vacant or in the event of removal of Sabhadhipati or Sahakari Sabhadhipati under Section 135 or when vacancy occurs in the office of Sabhadhipati or Sahakari Sabhadhipati by resignation, death or otherwise, elected members of the Zilla Parishad shall elect another Sabhadhipati or Sahakari Sabhadhipati in the prescribed manner.
