The State Government may make rules providing for- make rules. (a) the procedure of functioning of an Urban Development Committee ; (b) the method of preparation and enforcement of a master plan; (c) the conditions of involvement of voluntary organisation; and (d) such other matters as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter.
