(1) The Municipality may, for sufficient reasons- Power to prohibit use of public streets (a) prohibit vehicular traffic or certain type of vehicular for certain traffic in any public street or any portion thereof. kind of traffic. (b) prohibit, at all times or during any particular hours, entry from or exit to premises of vehicular traffic from any particular public street. ( 2 ) Notice of prohibition under sub-section (1) shall be pasted in conspicuous places at or near both ends of public streets or in such other manner as the Municipality may decide.
